"There comes a time in any given day, month, or year when your car, regardless of how well maintained, decides to be in need of a tune-up, repair, or an oil-change. Vehicles definitely have a mind of their own and as much as you wish to control them…they will control you.
The trepidation with having to take your vehicle in to be serviced is classic in the sense that unless you are fully informed of how your vehicle works or what it needs, you don’t really know why or how you arrived there in the first place.
That is where Courtesy Auto Service & Tire of Tacoma comes in. I have never had a vehicle service center treat me with as much courtesy, (no pun intended), or respect as to how my vehicle relates to me. What I put in the car, what parts it needs, when it needs service, oil changes or tires rotated, they are always right there for advice and prompt service. They even will show you and explain in detail why and how! For instance, my car needed to have its brakes checked. Turns out my rotors were hardened to the point that they could not re-grind a smooth and even surface for new pads to grip. I could never have imagined how that all worked, if they would not have shown me how they grind the rotors, and apply the pads etc.
I have taken all my vehicles there for four years now. I will never take them to another service center unless directed by Courtesy themselves (which they have when a certain problem with my vehicle had to go back to the dealership). I appreciate them more than they know!"

Great Service, I take my Company car to Scott. he and his crew have allways taken Great Care of my wheels Al This place is amazing, they don't just "repair" your car, they take care of your car. I am on time for my oil change every 3000 miles and when I take my car in, I request to have my car looked over thoroughly. Courtesy Auto Service & Tire will always respect my wishes and check for the smallest things, even the light on my licenses plate. The great thing is if you cannot get it fixed or you decide not too, they don't push you to repair the item, they leave it up to you... NO PRESSURE.
